Title: Multi-lanuage of my website is not working,

@mb themes

my website is not translating. no errors showing. what is the problem, do I have to Intergrate the Osclasspoint API. if yes please let me know how. i tried and doesn't work.

Firstly i uss 4.3 as usual i try to add the language file i downloaded from the new osclass, but Llready all languages are in the oc admin of 4.3 so i just enabled the language and it appeared on the frontpage .i tried to select but nothing worked.
What am i doing wrong.
