Title: What are required to replicate the demo site?

Hi, I'm looking for this careerjob osclass theme.

I want to replicate the demo site (front demo). What do I require to do this?

Here is the list of plugins and themes that I think I will need:

Google maps (free)
Profile picture (free)
Related ads (free)
Favorite Items Plugin (premium)
Careerjob osclass theme (premium)

If I buy the 2 premium plugin/theme, and install everything, is there any configuration I need to replicate the demo?

Or do you provide a dump of configuration including data so buyer can easily replicate it?

Basically what you wrote is correct, on product page all used plugins are written so it should not be problem.

Is it possible to dump demo data and also configuration (custom fields, etc)?

Or do you have documentation about how to configure the theme(s) and/or plugin(s) to achieve like what you have in demo?

Simply install them and check configure for each plugins. Nothing complicated or so.
