Hello... when i have Premium block enable for search, i have also the same premium listings on search. How can i remove them, im convinced that is a configuration but i cant find it...

Premium block shows random premium listings.
Other listings does not check if they are premium or no, so  what you describe sounds to be OK.

I just ask, because in your demo you have premium block on search and after on listings bellow you dont have any marked as premium, and i have premium block and below the first two are premium (the same on premium block)

Maybe you sort listings by premium label (ie backoffice manager can do that)
