Footer Links are not Responsive on the Phone

The footer links aren't working on the phone. I'm not sure how to fix it. The text links are cutting off. I have attached a screenshot.

You must send URL, it is not clear what could cause it.
Maybe this CSS could help a bit:

I was trying to reproduce on https://delta.mb-themes.com/ and did not get such issue.
