Are there separate language files for the Delta theme? Only the OsClass core text appears to be changing when I select the language. Is there a way to use the two-letter country codes instead of the flags? Also, is there a way to hide the country name (in parenthesis)?

Alternatively, is there a Google Translate plugin in the market?

You can find theme translations in backoffice. Market > Languages > Theme translations.
Google translate do more harm then good when doing automatic translations.
