I don't know if this a issue related with theme, plugin or osclass core

I have the folowing:

Backoffice Manager: 1.3.0
Osclass Core: 8.0.1
Delta Theme: 1.2.0

When a user create the account if don't choose City or Region the account is created, i have in Backoffice manager to make tis fields as mandatory, so, this should not happen.

Plugin should do jQuery Validate validation.
It is still possible to submit for without location without javascript, like spam bots use to do so.

I understand, but this happen in an account created by me, for a regular user should not mandatory and required as backoffice manager says

Just try to create an account without fill city and region in https://www.klassificados24.com

I'm almost absolutely sure this is working with my previous zara theme before upgrade the osclass core...

I can double check if necessary, reinstalling again my old zara theme

First issue is that you have 3x time jquery.validate.min.js on your site. It may not cause problems, but it could. Make sense to check with jquery 1.x.x and 3.x.x.
You could also try to update user-register.php and remove "required" attributes on inputs, maybe it could be in conflict with jquery validation.
Best would be to teste on clean installation where you have just theme and plugin.
Checked code and validation rules are in place, but are not initiated.

Ok, i will check whats is going on, and if i found a solution a would let you know...
