Hi I have on my site Delta theme and I'd like to integrate Facebook comments. I put code inside the Delta theme in item.php page , but nothing appears.
1. Part of code I put code near by <body> ' as they told.
2. Second part of code I put in block of comments near by the block of comments of theme.
If somebody had the same problem please tell me what wrong with it.

Check browser console for possible errors.
But why you want to do it? Even 10 years ago it was obsolete feature

Because it helps to attract more people because when someone leaves a comment, it is visible in their feed and thus those who see it follow the link. As I see it, this is a very good thing for attracting more people to the website, and thus the more people come and leave their comments, the faster the website develops.
It's a pity that there is no such plugin that I would buy.

You cannuse theme banner space to place html into theme.

You mean in "Banner Item Bottom" space?.
