Hello! When I click on the "International - Translations" tab, I see a white page. What is causing this error and how to fix it?

try to reupload osclass files (all from installation zip).
Also try to enable error log if something is there
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

Thanks. If I update the files - the site will not be reset? The site is ready. The translation is worth it - it just worries that the translation page is white - it means there may be problems somewhere else.

I had the same problem, but I didn't do anything, even though the same website is running on a virtual machine. As a result, I took down the site and started reinstalling it, and it swore PHP 8.0 should be lower.
decision: Downgrade PHP to 7.4 on the hosting for your site and everything will be fully displayed for international translations.  Use it)))

I would still try this.
It may happen if some file was not updated on upgrade.
