I'm experiencing this issue when sharing listings on facebook.
When user shares listing to facebook, the listing picture doesn't show, it is the Og-image that shows.

Facebook has probably some minimum size that accept for OG images. If it is defined in HTML, not much to do about it, maybe just try to replace thumbnail with original/preview image

Answer is same, check if your OG tag is correct and check also image size.

The suggested size for a Facebook Open Graph image is about 1200 pixels by 630 pixels and should not be more than 8 MB, so remember to optimise the image. The recommended size is on the Facebook Developers page – Images in Link Shares. The minimum requirement is 200 by 200 pixels.
