-i need remove email field in register , login page and replace it with phone number
i don't need email field in all page need replace it with phone number or make email field optional
phone it primary .

There is no such option right now.
Solution is to generate email on background based on phone number (i.e. [email protected]).

can you give me code to make it and disable verified by email .

No I do not have that code.
It is nit 1 liner and require multiple changes across thene:
- use phone number login plugin to enable login by phone
- hide email field and generate its content based on inout field
- maybe check uniqueness

- update login page labels

It does not look like something that can be achieved in plugin.

It also require item contact form update and questionable is how to deliver information sent to dummy email to customer.
