Please, see attached image, i saw in one website using delta theme....

What plugin do this? Car Attributes Osclass Plugin ?

And the offer of the day in the image, it's done also with Car Attributes Osclass Plugin?

It is using Car attributes plugin, but it's purely custom work.
"Offer of the day" is custom work where admin can select day offer listing, or if not selected or ID is invalid, there is cron to pick one from premiums.
