How can add placeholder to describe field

I want to add placeholder for describe Title field and describe field in Elena theme when add new listing .

I mean the ((placeholder="text")) at any field and where can I found it please ?

If HTML element is not available (i.e. it is created by core function), use javascript (jQuery) approach.

Look, if you want to do something, you should place some effort to that and do not expect there will be still someone that will create code for you. Use google, forums, ... whatever.
