"Deals of the day" option doesn't work

Hello, the "Offer of the day" option always displays only one premium ad and is not adjustable.

It should only use 1 premium listing and the one for that day is selected via daily cron from all premiums (if not defined by admin or defined id is not valid item id)

In the settings, I turned off the offer of the day, it still shows up. Then I turned it on, wrote the list ID and nothing changes.

As mentioned above, all changes should be made on daily cron except changing ID manually.
Will check on Monday if I can reproduce  ;)
