How are the support team going to solve your issue when you have hidden your website URL?
It will be very difficult for them to reproduce the issue since it has to do with the google search console.

If you don't want to show your website URL then I will advise you to use their demo website and test to reproduce the issue then sent the demo link here.

Something enlarge site width, usually it is adsense, but try to update theme first and then reproduce issue on mobile if possible.
