Social Network Links
Define Social Links
When enabled, social links (in footer) will point to URLs defined here. If empty, link to that network will be hidden. Otherwise link is auto-generated (share link).
Whatsapp

Define URL that points to your company URL on network. Keep blank to hide network link.
Facebook

Define URL that points to your company URL on network. Keep blank to hide network link.
Pinterest
#
Define URL that points to your company URL on network. Keep blank to hide network link.
Instagram
#
Define URL that points to your company URL on network. Keep blank to hide network link.
X (Twitter)
#
Define URL that points to your company URL on network. Keep blank to hide network link.

Here admin can't add any custom social network like Youtue / medium / quora etc 

Where is code and how to add new network?  If admin panel allow to create this, its easy, hardcoded option not suitable for all users.
