Correct! That is exactly what happens.... I think Sanjay Srivastava has more problems on his side then just memcache....
Everything works ok as said before if memcache is disabled. When enabled there is a 1 min delay. The delay part is strange because before there was never a problem with it. It is not in themes or plugins and as far as i can remember nothing has changed in core since last update to v8.02.
Anyway not my problem :-) Server is using 24cores and 32g ram so it can handle it without memcache

I've been checking now from backoffice and everything works as expected, but as memcache is enabled on demo, I got delay by updating flag.
Anyway I was still able to update listing from back & front office and mark or unmark it.

but in live website there is no memcache while in localhost there is file config-sample.php which is mentioned memcache ..but in live website there is only config.php and there is no memcache option.

and I already said i have not installed memcache in my website. and its not 1-2 minute issue. I already said if i pick up that product which is marked sold before 1 month or more .. same issue on that .. I can uncheck that product by editing but after saving and reedit that product its again showing checked (item sold) and product showing that seller has been marked item sold..

As i have checked again in localhost that user can changed this option from frontend and from there its working. I think admin dont have rights to do this . its only allowed to user who published but it should also allowed to Admin..

Not aware about that. Admin can change status in item edit form.

ok .. But i am not able to do this from admin panel. but from frontend this problem is solved.. user can unchecked this option. But from backend if Admin edit that product and uncheck (item sold) option its being uncheck but after saving that product and edit again and its showing checked again..     

No offense, but why would admin edit listings to mark them sold or not? User decides when it is sold or not...

Yes, but in backend from admin panel there is option for check or unchek. and from frontend user have to select that.. but what is the solution for admin panel??

This use older version for this, I think it only allows to be checked.
