There is no way to leave reply on comments. I have tried to leave a reply as a logged in user but there is no where to leave a reply in the front?

I was wondering the same thing about replies to comments. All I seen was to make a comment with no way to reply to the comment made previously. Hopefully soon this will be added.

Is that for all themes or just the epsilon theme, because I do not have any way to reply to comments in the delta theme. Is this a core update, as I have that turned off.
