First of all thanks for fixing the problem with this forum because I was unable to access the forum since past many days and when contacted your team you said the problem is with ipv6.

I wanted to know if it's possible to show 1 listing view for 1 User because everytime the Listing opened by same user it counts as new view also when the page is refreshed it count as new view.

These are not unique views, it would eequire storing accessed item ids into cookies but still would not be perfect
