How to update meta title in item post page and other static pages.

I want to know how to update the meta title and meta description for these pages: Item post, Login, create a new account and FAQ.

As these page titles are not present in seo plugins to update.

Please help me out with this.

Can you provide some more details? where to find this and what changes do i need to make and where to update meta title for these pages.
