where can I change this background?

I couldn’t find on style.css file could you point me where I can find this (index) :4950 css?

I want to change the bright yellow on background not the yellow.

Just a tip, if you want to simply rewrite existing style, just select it and add "body" in front of each selector and place your styles ;)
