I have same media configuration as Epsilon demo but I'm getting black border, how can I fix them?

Regenerate thumbnails and clear cache.
Borders can be there, it depends what you have selected in "Image Gallery Aspect Ratio", you may try Calculated option that should limit dark backgrounds.
