Even though the imagemagick library was installed, the quality of the ad images did not improve. A post explaining how we can improve the image quality along with detailed explanations on how to exactly solve this problem will be very useful to us. I am also experiencing the same problem.

Primary reason to use imagemagick is that it consumes less resources.
Not sure about quality of images change.
Try to check your media settings if image dimensions are large enough.

What should our Media settings be to improve image quality? Poor image quality may frustrate users and may even cause them to uninstall your software. It would be useful if you include this issue in theme updates and developments. Many places we touch are full of errors and we waste a lot of time struggling with these errors.

Image size.
Quality is 90% or inherit from image. I do not recall explicit quality setting.
Yiu may also check with hosting provider if library is up-to-date
