WhatsApp works on mobile view.... To send on pc or tablet you need to have WhatsApp installed on your device first.

It is built based on whatsapp guidenance so all complaints to whatsapp

Maybe error on desktop or WhatsApp because not only my website but all others that are using epsilon do not have the problem you have. Strange
