There is an error in the feedback form

When sending a message in the feedback form, a warning pops up about the wrong file format, despite the fact that no file was added at all

Yes this error seems to be bit older, I did not have time to review yet.
Easy fix is to disable attachments ;)
Not related to theme most probably.
