I've been trying to solve issues relating to subdomain creation, but to no avail. Please kindly help if you have any experience with it.

I followed the osclasspoint subdomains configuration guide and set up the config file, selected country domain in osadmin, modified A and CNAME records under cPanel and Cloudflare, but still my subdomains were showing 403 error.

Support advised I add an empty index file to the wildcard subdomain folder (after webhost said the folder had no index file), but now the subdomains are showing blank pages. Please help if you have an idea of what's going on. Thanks a lot in advance.

I do not think subfolder should exists.
How would you follow this rule for user based subdomains?

I did not create the folder, it was automatically created when the wildcard subdomain was created in cPanel. I have attached a picture.

the wildcard subdomain should be created like    *.website.com   , and don't forget to point subdomain path to your original root folder if the installation was in root folder.  give it a try

Tried all, but non worked out. We will be moving to a new server in the near future, then we will try again. Thanks for the help
