Most probably there is no such plugin for osclass.

I have seen a classified website based on osclass where that person had modified Katrina osclass theme and it had exactly what you are looking for Amazon affiliate page where he have listed all Amazon affiliate products. Not sure but it looks like he have made a Seperate page for Amazon affiliate products and added multiple ad blocks to it, because when we click on that amazon products it doesn't shows product details, it opens the product in amazon app. So, I think theme modification is an option if you know coding.

I believe there is something like https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/ that can be used if you create a static page like MB Themes mentioned... A little bit of skills to integrate are needed but it looks doable.

For your kind information that's not my website. And the link that I shared here was just for a reference that how he added pages for Amazon and other affiliate sites. Maybe it gives idea to someone that how it's made. And for those who don't need to know just don't open the website because I am not going to earn anything from it.

Flipkart is an Indian e-commerce company similar to Amazon. So he have listed affiliate products for both Flipkart and Amazon.

If something like this is possible to integrate in osclass then people would switch from other classifieds to osclass for sure because this would add some extra benefits to both service provider and end users. For end users they can look for regular old and new stuffs from classifieds + they can compare and buy new stuffs from multiple websites at one place and service provider can earn from affiliate links of those websites.

If it is simply html & js stuff, them static page. You can even define php content for static page
