i need a option in real estate website where visitor can select days how many day he want to stay in a room he can select to stay and estimate payment plus advance booking option

Well, that is not simple feature, as osclass now even do not recognize price per night. It would probably make more sense to have such feature built-in to theme, but this is not even real-estate theme, but booking theme.

Problem here is that such options are usually quite connected to theme, so if person create such plugin, it's user will not be able to do proper integration.
