We know how difficult it is for a new classifieds site to attract people to the site. A solution could be to have the advertisements imported from other important sites, where the customer already collaborates. Is it possible this feature already exists?

Attracting or growing traffic isn't difficult and depends on how much effort, work and the investment you put into:

1. Securing a good domain name
2. Branding
3. Identifying, building and focusing on your vertical niche
4. Bug-free and consistent user experience and messaging
5. Quality and relevance of content
6. Quality of support

Getting these right isn't easy but also isn't impossible, just takes commitment especially when the going gets tough.
