How do I translate the locations of regions and cities?

Hello everybody!
I need help.
How can I translate the location of cities and regions into another language? More than 500000 cities need translation. Through the panel it is terrible, painful and very long, how is it here https://osclasspoint.com/blog/how-to-translate-locations-in-osclass-41-b24.

Is there any other way to download a file with locations and make a translation into Poedit Portable?
Show me where is the path to this location file?
Maybe there is another way, also tell me which one?

You can export t_city table and populate s_name_native column
