Database encoding selection

Hello!
Can you add the ability to select the database encoding before installation and upgrade osclass?
I need utf8mb4_unicode_ci

Thanks for feedback, will consider that in future, only what could be issue if hosting supports selected charset as well as if engine supports selected charset.. never tried this before
