If you use email of logged user, you will have to login first
If you use email of non-logged user, enable listing verification, so listing is not visible until email is verified.

Of course, I mean when a registered user posts an ad and wants his confirmed email address to be visible in the ad as a contact. I've seen bulletin boards where this is implemented.

You cannot do that.
For such purpose you have item validation.

This is not a crazy idea at all - the ability for the user to leave only confirmed contacts in the public access. For the same reason, when forwarding to another mailbox, postal services require confirmation of this email address.

As I told, if we are talking about finite list of email addresses, admin can create user accounts for these.
If it is not manageable, even ability to create such list will not be manageable.

To me it does not make sense at all, but you can do it also as theme modification and restrict registration just to particular emails.

I mean "Other contact" in Ad. Now the advertiser can write any email address there. This should not be the case in my opinion. The email address must be confirmed.

It could be also Whatsapp, Telegram, Twitter link ... not just email
