It is nice idea, but I think it is very dependant on plugins you have for attributes or properties, maybe custom fields, otherwise price will not be relevant to that listing.
I may have car with 100km mileage and 200 000km mileage, everything else is same. Price for first may be double to price of second.

Yes, Osclasspoint can create a plugin that works with Osclasspoint Attribute plugin.
