Search results are not clear

Search results appear blurred this way

That looks like problem with encoding.
Hard to say from 1 line screenshot.

Found this note
When using Firefox browser
The search button works and the results appear
But when using Google Chrome browser and Microsoft Edge browser
The problem appears that the search does not work
