How to make forum user' pages noindex?

Each user register on site, automatically gets a forum profile too, which is empty and get's indexed on google since it's included on sitemap.

Any easy way to take them off sitemap and make them no index? I use the sitemap pro plugin too

There is no easy way other than modifying custom.php in theme and condition it

I see. Ideally, a forum user profile should be created once the user creates his first post / reply, so you don't end up with thousands empty forum profiles indexed.

Anyone implement this solution or a total no index solution for forum user profiles to share with the community?
