I hope that you are well. I'm having a problem with article links on my site's forums where the article name is replaced with unintelligible symbols like "-----". This hampers the user experience and affects the understanding of site content by search engines like Google.
Note this is only in Arabic

Thank you, it means it was not possible to translate characters into URL.
You may try to play with plugin settings "Sanitize URL strings"
