You have javascript errors on your site that may have impact on showing youtube video, I recommend to check and fix these first, or try to test it on bender theme to be sure theme & modifications does not cause this issue.

I have been trying all my files and database on another hosting and it works well !!

Nothing has been solved. Have you tried on bender theme or veronika without modifications?
