Environment using: latest ossclass + latest gamma theme

When trying to post a comment to a listing (as a logged in user) there is a form: title + message (required)
If i leave title blank i get error: "Please fill the required field (email)"
If title is NOT empty, i can submit

Please provide step by step guide how to reproduce on demo, or provide your URL.

To reproduce follow the steps:

1. Log in as a normal user
2. View any listing
3. Click on "Add new comment" button => form appears (title + message)
4. Leave title empty and submit form => error: Please fill the required field (email)

I've done what you told.

2: clicked on "Add new comment" button
3: Filled title and body and tested without title as well
4: "Your comment has been approved"

I have updated the theme from 1.4.2 to 1.5.0 (sorry for missleading) and changed the jquery version from 1.x to 3.x
Now it seems to work fine
