Title: How to send ads to moderation?

Hi. I want to restrict users to directly post new ads to the site. Only after admin's moderation. But how to do it? I found plugin "more edit", it work, but user not notified about moderation. He see the message about succesfully adding the new ads, but in really ad is in blecked status.

May be there is another way to send ads to admin's moderation?

You need plugin that allows admins to moderate listings, i.e.:
