I like this theme but I need it in Arabic language , to add Arabic language to my website :-

I follow this instruction and download Arabic language. I uploaded as you see in the:-
   Screenshot 1.
But its not working!! Only English Lang. as you see in :-

Could you help me please??

Why would you upload language zip into plugins and then expect it will show between languages?

I follow this instruction :-
Osclass has been translated into 28 languages, so there is no need to translate it by yourself. However, keep in mind that themes and plugins may need to be translated separately, based on words used in them.
1.   Download translation you need from languages list section bellow
2.   Go to your Oc-admin (backoffice) > Settings > Languages
3.   Click on “Add new” button in header
4.   Select .zip file you’ve download
5.   Click on “Upload” button


But as you said I make mistake. How can I fix it please.

I think the Arabic (Syria)File name: 20201023_lang_osclass_a,
is not compatible with Gamma Osclass Theme!!

Check your error log, you can add language also without uploading it.
Theme cannot be "incompatible" with language, that even sounds like a bullshit.

I never seen I my life any staff   used shit languauge  on official form  !!- and wrote this word :- ( bullshit.) !!

to the customer paid alot of money for the theme and plug in!!

I hope the company manager read  how I spoke to you and how you reply to me !!
You should shame from your self .. please  try to respect your self and  learn how to respect  customers  when you wrote to him, 

Because you don't resolve the problem,  need my mony back, That is it.
