But it was blocking well. But I had a domain x.x.x, so it was not a top level domain. Now I have a top level domain, which is x.x, and google seems to treat this kind of domains differently, i.e. it adds this dot at the beginning which indicates that the cookie also applies to subdomains.
I think there should be an option in the blocking mechanizm to match (optionally) this initial dot for those who have a top lvl domains.
