@vlad7
1) use Hooks Manager Plugin: https://osclasspoint.com/osclass-plugins/backoffice/hooks-manager-plugin-i78
2) reinstallation (or reactivation) can help as well. I think lately installed (activated?) plugin is last at position in hook.
Besides that osc_add_hook has 3rd optional parameter to be priority in 1-10 that would have to be manually updated.
