Title: Message Box Display Problem

There is problem in Display Box of Item Limit Plugin,

Message displaying 2 Times. Please check screenshot.

How to correct it to show only one Box message. Please help me.

Function itl_user_limit_message() is showing limits via flash message and it print message just once.
It is possible there are 2 messages in case there was some hidden redirect.
