Stop SPAM

Hi group. I want to stop spam , I have 1 website over 200 accounts / day. Second website , same theme , same plugins , 0 accounts Spam. What is wrong with my first website?

    Both websites stop forum spam enabled. First website over 100 accounts/day , second website 0 accounts/day like spam.
