Hello.I want to start real estate classifieds website.I want a perfect professional theme for my website.How can i get that developed which is compatible with osclass script ? please help all experts ?

Best way to start is to duplicate existing and customize it.
Alternative is to buy complete and optimized theme and do just minor updates

Can you recommend a set of specific theme for me.I want to start a dedicated real estate classifieds theme ...

There is just few "business specific" themes, better to go with some general and customize it with plugins/customizations.

Which specialty programmer/designer should i hire to edit this current themes ? Plz advice ... Thanks..
