Hy i want to delete all listings from a user about 48.000 is ther any way to delete them all togather ?

Probably no, you should do it as bulk action from listing page, you can filter out just listings from this user and set pagination of 500.
This will make sure you are removing also images related to these listings, description and plugin related data.

can i change pagination of 500.? to like 2000 or more i m running vps whit quad and 12 Gb of ram

This is not just about ram.
Browser may start freezing as well.
You can enter any pagination value into url, even 10000.
