i need to allow seller to show Monthly payment for  Loan that they want to sell car or house

please see attachment . hope MB-themes can help to build this plugin

plugin is so nice. but i don't understand Loan amount and Loan maturity. does min and max  input by user when post ad.
and does INTEREST is auto by bank, some company and shop that sell product on website, their INTEREST maybe expensive then this.

admin can setup maturity min and max, select if years or months should be shown. Default interest is set by admin, user can adjust it if needed. Default amount is taken from item, max & min amount is set by admin.

i think it should seller setup, it not admin, let's say:
- seller sell car 50000$ and allow installment
- seller allow max loan amount 40000$ so user need to pay first (deposit) 10000$
- seller allow loan term (Loan maturity) min 2 years and max 10 years.
- INTEREST rate 1.5%

how seller need to show their installment ?

and other seller sell house and allow rate 1.3%, how user know their MONTHLY PAYMENT?  INTEREST rate?

and admin allow category house for loan so all ads must have loan hook in item page.
- seller 1 sell his house and need money agent for help his parent in hospital but a lots of users show loan in item page and he call him for ask info, how long he sell ?Disturb him?

That would not work, seller cannot give loan to buyer, calculator is more-less informative tool and may be used for affliate as well.

i don't need function like this, i need seller can input data instead of admin. hope someone need it and can help them with their classified site, and thank you for your time with this plugin that request by me.

I have never heard that seller would be selling on loan. We do not plan such functionality.

admin sell product? admin sell house or car ? house and car have installment in all country. seller sell house and allow installment not admin allow dear.

I never heard classified website allow loan by website admin. only car directory or house that sell by admin it can allow  it?
