can you help me to display popup call action when user input number by telephone plugin in post page and display it  with 2 numbers like telephone and mobile field that in veronika mean:

1. option one : if  user have input number in telephone field >> display popup with phone number ( telephone and mobile)
2. option two : if user not input number in telephone plugin >> call action not popup box
