Title: Disable user from block other user

please how do i disable user from block another user in instant messenger because the blocking icon is too close to the message title link so most users accidentally block each other and it can not be undo. I want to remove the blocking feature from the instant messenger

Hide it via css or modify plugin files

Right click on element, get it's selector, add to stylesheet with attribute display:none;
