Edit Message contact feilds

How want to remove the Title Field and I want to add dropdown menu so customer can select and choose from the menu and then write message

Edit create-thread file in user folder of plugin and replace input with select box, plugin will handle it properly.

Hi admin so I added new field and it shows to front end but value is not getting saved in SQL and how to preview the value from the sql to the message box
