UI error in plugin

The message box is placed down after the sidebar not with the sidebar . how can i align it with the sidebar

It looks weird, on what theme it is?

Than it is theme issue.
I suppose glider theme is not putting content of plugins (user-custom.php) into separate box for proper styling or it is, but that box/container has no styling at all.
